As the company expanded across North America and the Middle East, Fairmarkit partnered with Strong Search to build out their commercial capability in both markets – starting with Strategic Enterprise Account Executives to drive new logo growth, and evolving into a full GTM team build in the UAE under CRO Ollie’s leadership.
What began as a targeted two-region search grew into an embedded, ongoing partnership to build Fairmarkit’s complete go-to-market function across the Gulf.

Delivered shortlists within 12 days across all searches, ensuring regional alignment, enterprise credibility, and quota-carrying track records.
Partnered directly with Fairmarkit's CRO and executive team throughout both phases - aligning on hiring criteria, compensation benchmarks, and evolving market priorities as the UAE operation grew.
Provided real-time market insights across both phases to position Fairmarkit competitively against established enterprise vendors in the US and GCC.
Following the success of the initial Dubai placement, partnered with Ollie and the Fairmarkit leadership team to build out a complete GTM function in the UAE - spanning leadership, enterprise sellers, and supporting commercial roles.
Successfully placed Enterprise AEs in Central US and Dubai in Phase 1, each driving strong enterprise pipeline within 60 days of hire.
All hires remain in-role and performing above target.
